Simply sign up for an account on our website to become an Insider.

No minimum spending required to maintain Insider member status

VIP

Spend SGD$400 within 12 months to ascend from Insider to VIP.

Minimum spending of SGD$400 within 12 months to maintain VIP member status

ELITE

Spend SGD$800 within 12 months to ascend from VIP to Elite.

Minimum spending of SGD$700 within 12 months to maintain Elite member status

Every SGD$1 spent earns you 1 point for orders placed online

300 reward points = SGD$10 voucher

TERMS

Member discount will only be applied to your order if you're logged in to your account
Member discount is only valid on regular-priced products (excluding gift cards)
Member discount is not stackable with other discounts
Membership will only be activated after the order status has been changed to 'Completed'
Reward points will be awarded after the order status has been changed to 'Completed'
Accumulation of reward points will only be applicable for your next purchase after the membership has been activated
Spending accumulation is calculated based on the completion of orders
Shipping charges, sale items, curated brands merchandise and orders placed using store credits will not be eligible for point accumulation
Reward points will be awarded based on the final amount paid for the order (excluding shipping charges). Reward points will not be awarded for amounts paid using gift cards.
For orders placed from 5th August 2021, reward points awarded will expire within 6 months from date of issue
Reward points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable
Strictly no extension or reinstatement of expired reward points
Voucher(s) must be redeemed upon checkout / before payment. Any unutilised voucher(s) will not be refunded.
Birthday discount can only be used once and will be automatically applied to the first order made during the birthday month. Birthday discount cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes.
